Where do you ship to?

Currently shipping is possible to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy and Luxembourg .

There are 2 options for shipping:

  1. Shipping to a home address with PostNL
  2. Shipping to the nearest Mondial Relay collection point.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the chosen shipping service.

We do everything we can to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring that all your Skylanders arrive complete and undamaged.

What condition are the Skylanders in?

All Skylanders figures are pre-owned, loose, and out of box unless specifically stated.

  • Figures may have scuffs, scratches, or worn edges from normal use.
  • Figures may show minor signs of wear (e.g. faded or peeling paint)
  • Figures may have minor paint transfer marks from rubbing against other figures
  • Traps may appear "washed out" or less saturated in color, this is not a fault, this is how they were originally sold in stores.

But

  • All Skylanders figures are guaranteed to work in the game.
  • All Skylanders figures have been tested
  • All Skylanders figures have been reset to factory settings
  • Even Creation Crystals and Traps have been reset
Will I get the exact same figure as in the pictures?

The photos are all taken from figures in our inventory. The figure you receive won't always be exactly the same, but it will be in the same good condition. I don't sell Skylanders figures that no longer work or have broken parts.
When will ... be back in stock?

I cannot guarantee if or when a specific Skylanders figure will be back in stock.

I do my best every day to find as many new rare Skylanders for your collection as possible.
